5. Lasallian Youth Program Members of the High School STARS may be invited to join Lasallian Youth, a program of development in faith, service, and community. Members represent the LEO Center at local, national, and international gatherings of Lasallian Youth groups.

6. High School Placement Test Prep On Friday afternoons during the Fall Semester, 8th grade students who intend to apply to Catholic or private high schools are assisted in their admission test preparation. 20 students are enrolled. Please call in September to find out if the High School Placement Test Prep will be given in the fall 2009.

7. Volunteer Tutors The LEO staff is assisted by volunteer tutors who help the students in the CASTLE, HS STARS, and adult education programs. Over the course of this school year over 90 volunteer tutors participate in this program of service from St. Mary's College alone and logged over 800 service hours. Through an orientation program and supervised tutoring, volunteer tutors explore their talents in education while serving others.
